Shugar and Kandie started out as best friends. It was then that the first day they saw each other, that they somehow realized that they had met somehow before. They had!! At their friend, Alex's brother's bar-mitzvah party. So thay really had Deja Vu!! As, they slowly became closer, they realized they had much in common. They both had the same interests and dreams. They both liked parties and boys. They suddenly decided to make their dreams come alive. They are now singing and attempting to make themselves famous.
